Synopsis
Viaceslav Bykov, a man with Russian soul and European mentality, managed to realize what his predecessors weren't able to do at the helm of the Russian Ice Hockey team in 15 years. With a past as a great player with in the showcase two Olympic gold medals and four World gold medals, Bykov took the helm of Russia in 2006. He took the National Ice Hockey team in the 2008 and 2009 World Championships and he gets a silver medal in 2010 and a bronze medal in 2007.

Synopsis
On August 26th 2009 Guus Hiddik, one of the world's best football managers, entertained Channel One Russia crew in Varsseveld, his hometown. The coach who brought the Russian National team into the 2008 European Championship semifinal lost to Spain, the future champion of the tournament, remembers the most glorious and challenging moments of his career. For the first time the Russian media visits the places of his childhood with the former coach of Real Madrid and Chelsea.
